The Board of Estimates is responsible for awarding contracts and supervising purchases by the City for contracts in the amount of $50,000 or more, the Board uses a formal process that requires advertisements and has a deadline for submission. (Bureau of Procurement Solicitation Notices.) Formal bids are due on the dates advertised and must be received by 11:00 a.m.

Formal bids must be received by 11:00 a.m. on the date advertised. Late bids shall not be accepted.

At 12:00 noon each Wednesday, the Board of Estimates is in session to publicly open and read bids due on the date of the Board meeting. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, City Hall is closed. After 2:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, Bid results for the current and preceding two weeks may be viewed online.
