Baltimore, MD - The Board of Estimates agenda for the December 15th meeting is now available. It can be found on the Comptroller's website under the Board of Estimates tab.

Before you review this week's agenda, make sure you review the proposed Board of Estimates regulations. Public comment closes on December 16th!

Items of note:

Pages 13-16, BBMR, Supplemental Appropriation. An $18,205,000 transfer from DOT’s Conduit Enterprise Fund to Conduit Construction.

Page 23, Department of Transportation. Memorandum of Understanding with Defender LLC for use of street light poles with Heritage Crossing Community. Grant amount is $218,400.

Pages 30-36, Parking Authority, Demand-Based Parking Meter Rate Setting in Mount Vernon. 

Page 39, Bureau of Risk Management, Renewal of Various FY 23 Flood Insurance Policies.

Page 44, Item #2, DHCD, CDBG Grant Agreement with I’m Still Standing Community Corporation. Amount is $100,000. 

Page 54, Item #6, Bureau of Procurement, Cooperative Contract with Lilypad EV for LPE Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment and Related Services. End-user is DGS, contract amount is $500,000.

Pages 55-58, Item #7, Bureau of Procurement, Extension of Contract B50004150 with K&K Adams, Inc. and P&J Contracting Co., Inc. for Baltimore City Building Demolition. The extension includes an additional $1.5 Million in contract value for a total amount of $46.5 Million over six years.

Pages 61-62, Item #2, Rec & Parks, Extra Work Order #2 under RP 17820, Gwynns Falls Division Maintenance Yard Renovations and Addition. Small change order on a $1.4 Million contract for which the work is 45% complete.

Page 63, Item #3, Rec & Parks, Extra Work Order #3 under RP 17807, Druid Hill Aquatic Center. This is an adjustment for $735,943.13 on a $10 Million contract for which the work is 60% complete. 

Pages 65-66, Items #5 and 6, DOT, Extra Work Orders #11 and 12 under TR03319, Replacement of Harford Road Bridge over Herring Run. 

Page 67, Mayor’s Office of Recovery Programs, Inter-Agency Agreement with Office of Broadband and Digital Equity. Amount is $6 Million.

Page 82, Employees Retirement System, Investment Management Agreement with Earnest Partners, LLC.

Page 83, Law Department, Settlement Agreement and Release for Holmes et al v. BPD.  Amount is $125,000.

Page 86, Item #4, Bureau of Procurement, Recommendation for Award to Civic Initiatives, LLC of Contract B50006206 for Procurement Assessment and Transformation. Amount is $356,180.

Page 87, Dept. of Human Resources, Establishment of AM 205-8/Substance Abuse Policy and AM 205-7-1/Severance Pay.
