Baltimore, MD - The Board of Estimates agenda for the June 23rd meeting is now available. It can be found on the Comptroller's website under the Board of Estimates tab.

Items of note:

Page 8, Department of Law, Settlement Agreement and Release for Sharon Spencer vs. Mayor & City Council.  This is a personal injury case with $30,000 in damages. 

Page 37, Item #1, Bureau of Procurement, Renewal of Contract 08000 with Sico America, Inc. for Staging Equipment at the Baltimore Convention Center. 

Pages 40-41, Item #7, Bureau of Procurement, Third Amendment to Agreement with Accenture, LLP for Enterprise Resource Planning Project.  This is a $3.4 Million increase to the contract for full implementation of Workday

Page 42, Item #9, Bureau of Procurement, Extension to Contract B50004608 with S & S Worldwide for Various Games for Recreation Centers.

Page 45, Item #13, Ratification and Increase of Contract B50005554 with SP Plus Corporation for Management of Parking Garages Group IV.

Pages 106-107, Department of Finance, FY 2022 Visit Baltimore Inc. Baltimore Tourism Improvement District Financial Plan & Special Assessment Rate.  This is back after being deferred last week, still subject to protest.

To protest a proposed action of the Board or otherwise address the Board please notify the Clerk, Room 204, City Hall, 100 N. Holliday Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 in writing by Tuesday, June 22nd at 12pm. Protests can be sent to james.knighton@baltimorecity.gov. The Board shall award the contract as an entirety to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, or by items to the respective lowest responsive and responsible bidders, or reject all bids.  The decision to reject all bids is final and not subject to protest.

Please note Baltimore City Hall is closed to the public during the COVID-19 health crisis. All Board of Estimates meetings will be conducted via remote video conference.
