Baltimore, MD - The Board of Estimates agenda for the November 17th meeting is now available. It can be found on the Comptroller's website under the Board of Estimates tab.

Items of note:

Page 32, Item #4, Bureau of Procurement, Ratification and Renewal of Contract 06000 with Early Morning Software, Inc. for PRISM Hosting and Services Agreement. End user is Mayor’s Office of Employment Development. The ratification allows MOED to pay for services rendered going back to June 1, 2020 and extends the contract term through May 31, 2022. It also adds $74,830.10 to the contract value to pay for prior services and ongoing services.

Pages 40-41, BDC, Payment in Lieu of Taxes Agreement with Eager Place, LLC. 

Page 43, Department of Law, Settlement Agreement and Release for Maureen Arscott v. Mayor & City Council. Settlement amount is $125,000. 

Pages 45-51, DHCD, HOME Investment Partnerships Program Loan and Transfer of Funds. Amount is $1,000,000.00. 

Page 64, Department of Audits, Biennial Performance Audit of the Department of Housing and Community Development for the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2020 and June 30, 2019.

Page 78, DOT, Task Assignment No. 9 to STV, Inc. under Project 1257, On-Call Conduit Infrastructure Design Services. Task amount is $142,066.08. 

Pages 83-85, Dept. of Planning and Board of Finance, Baltimore City Public School System Capital Improvement Program for FY2023-2028. 

Page 86, Mayor's Office of Recovery Programs, Inter-Agency Agreements with the Baltimore City Health Department. Amount is $80,000,000.00. 

Page 87, Mayor’s Office of Recovery Programs, Inter-Agency Agreements with Health Department and MONSE. Amount is $50,000,000.00. 

Page 88-89, Department of Recreation and Parks — Training Site Agreement with the United States Soccer Federation, Inc.
