Baltimore, MD - The Board of Estimates agenda for the October 20th meeting is now available. It can be found on the Comptroller's website under the Board of Estimates tab.

Items of note:

Page 10, Mayor’s Office of Children and Family Success, Provider Agreements. The Board is requested to approve and authorize execution of the various Provider Agreements. The period of the agreement is July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, unless otherwise indicated.
         1. Behavioral Health System Baltimore, Inc. $34,880.00
         2. Dayspring Programs, Inc. $6,125,960.00
         3. University of Maryland, Baltimore $664,691.00

Page 12, Mayor’s Office of Children and Family Success, Rental Assistance Grant Agreement. This is a request to make minor modifications to a rental assistance grant agreement template the Board approved on May 19, 2021.

Pages 15-21, DHCD, HOME Investment Partnership Program Loan. DHCD is requesting approval of a $2.25 Million HOME Loan as part of a $30.4 Million transaction to construct a 72-unit apartment complex at 420 Aisquith Street.

Page 23, Item #3, DHCD, Retroactive approval of Grant Agreement with Strong City Baltimore. Grant amount is $55,000.

Pages 35-36, Item #6, Bureau of Procurement, Amendment and Extension to Agreement with Microsoft Corp. for Master Services Agreement. End-user is BCIT. Procurement is requesting an increase of $175,840 and an extension of the contract term through September 22, 2022. This will result in a total eight-year contract term and a total value of $2,327,592.

Page 37, Item #7, Bureau of Procurement, Increase and Extension to Contract B50004091, Computer Desktops, Laptops, and Tablets. End-user is BCIT. The increase adds $5 Million to the contract value for a total value of $30 Million, and the extension brings the contract end date to October 27, 2022 from the award date of October 28, 2015 (a total contract term of seven years).

Page 39, Bureau of Procurement, Pay Confirming Invoice for Pictometry International Corp. Amount is $102,416.

Page 40, Department of Finance, 2021 Bulk Tax Sale.

Page 50, DPW, Partial Release of Retainage for Monumental Paving & Excavating for WC 1405. Amount is $162,050.97.

Pages 51-54, Department of Real Estate, Land Disposition Agreement for 4701 Greenspring Avenue to Choo Smith Youth Empowerment, Inc. Amount is $477,788. 

Page 64, Office of the Comptroller, Status Report on Corrective Actions.
