This is a regular meeting of the Baltimore City Board of Estimates. The Mayor, Comptroller, City Council President, City Solicitor, and Director of Public Works meet to formulate and execute the City's fiscal policy which includes: awarding contracts, supervising purchasing, reviewing audits, and other items.

This meeting will begin with a hearing on proposed water, sewage and stormwater rates. At its May 4th meeting the Baltimore City Board of Estimates approved a request from the Department of Public Works for to hear public comments and request the a vote of approval or disapproval. Members of the public are encouraged to register to participate in the hearing.
