3pm: Board of Finance Meeting
The Comptroller will take part in a regularly scheduled Board of Finance meeting. The meeting will take place in the Board of Estimates chambers in City Hall (2nd floor, room 215, 100 N. Holliday Street Baltimore, MD 21202). More information on how to join the meeting and an agenda can be found at the Board of Finance website.
Tuesday, Jan. 23
11am: State Comptroller’s Office Grand Opening
Comptroller Henry will participate in the grand opening celebration for the State Comptroller’s new downtown Baltimore offices, located at 7 St. Paul’s Street.
Wednesday, Jan. 24
9am: Board of Estimates Meeting
Comptroller Henry will participate in a meeting of the Board of Estimates. Members of the public can attend the meeting in person at City Hall in the Board of Estimates Chambers, 100 N. Holliday St., or watch live on CharmTV’s cable channel (Channel 25/1085HD) and online at https://www.charmtvbaltimore.com/live-stream. 5:30pm: 31st Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Convocation
Loyola University Maryland will hold the 31st annual Martin Luther King Jr. Convocation with Freeman Hrabowski, III, Ph.D. in McGuire Hall East. More information is available at Loyola University’s website.
Thursday, Jan. 25
6pm: Baltimore Regional Water Task Force Meeting
Comptroller Henry will take part in a meeting of the Baltimore Regional Water Governance Task Force. This meeting will be held virtually. Meeting sign-in information is available at Baltimore City’s Water Task Force website. The Baltimore Regional Water Governance Task Force is a 13-member coalition of experts and stakeholders from across Baltimore City, Baltimore County and the State of Maryland who aim to address water-related issues in the region. Comptroller Henry is serving as Task Force Chair
Saturday, Jan. 27
10am: Senior Symposium
The Comptroller will attend the 9th District Senior Symposium, which will be held from 10am to 1pm at Bon Secours Community Resource Fair at 31 S. Payson Street. The event is hosted by Councilman John Bullock.
