8am: 30th Annual Civil Rights Breakfast
This event is taking place at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, 700 Aliceanna St., Baltimore, Md. 21202.
10am: Harborplace Event
Comptroller Henry will attend the reveal of the reimagining of Harborplace. More from the Baltimore Sun.
1pm: Baltimore Together Summit
The Comptroller will attend the afternoon session for the Baltimore Together Summit. Learn more about this year's Summit on its website.
Wednesday, Nov. 1
9am: Board of Estimates
Comptroller Henry will participate in a meeting of the Board of Estimates. Members of the public can attend the meeting in person at City Hall in the Board of Estimates Chambers, 100 N. Holliday St., or watch live on CharmTV’s cable channel (Channel 25/1085HD) and online at https://www.charmtvbaltimore.com/live-stream. 6pm: Water Task Force Meeting
Comptroller Henry will take part in a meeting of the Baltimore Regional Water Governance Task Force. The meeting will be held at the Mount Pleasant Church and Ministries, 6000 Radecke Ave, Baltimore, Md. 21206. The Baltimore Regional Water Governance Task Force is a 13-member coalition of experts and stakeholders from across Baltimore City, Baltimore County and the State of Maryland who aim to address water-related issues in the region. Comptroller Henry is serving as Task Force Chair.

4pm: PABC New Office Open House
The Comptroller will visit the new location of the Parking Authority of Baltimore City's main offices, located at 211 N. Paca St., Baltimore, Md. 21201.
5:30pm: Loyola University's 2023 Business Leader of the Year Dinner
Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management will host its annual Business Leader of the Year dinner at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel.
