Baltimore, MD - The Board of Estimates is scheduled to meet next Wednesday, February 9th. This meeting is a continuation of the February 2nd Board of Estimates agenda and will feature non-routine items listed on the BOE Feb. 9th President's memo. Each item will be acted upon individually.

The routine agenda was approved Feb. 2. Notification of a schedule change was sent out prior to the meeting.

Non-Routine Agenda Items:

Page 41, Department of Finance, Master Services Agreement. A protest was received from Kutak Rock LLP representing ACI Payments, Inc.

Page 42, Law Dept., Settlement Agreement and Release for Donald Stockton v. Mayor & City Council. Settlement amount is $40,000 for injuries sustained in a vehicle accident with a Sheriff’s Department car.

Pages 51-52, Procurement, Renewal of Contract B50003752 for Police Human Capital Resource Management with eResourcePlanner, Inc. End-user is BPD. Renewal extends the contract through 1/20/23 and adds $150,000 in value.

Page 158, Department of Audits, Baltimore City Department of Public Works Biennial Performance Audit for fiscal years ended June 30, 2020 and 2019.

On February 2nd 2022 the Board of Estimates passed a resolution that suspended and changed certain provisions of the Board of Estimates’ Procurement Regulations to implement a transition to an electronic process for receiving and opening of bids. Please review the changes prior to submitting bids.

The Comptroller’s Office is exploring ways to conduct bid openings remotely similar to the 9am Board of Estimates meetings and currently plans to have bid openings resume on the next schedule Board of Estimates meeting date of Wednesday, February 16th, 2022.
