Baltimore, MD - The Board of Estimates agenda for the January 5th meeting is now available. It can be found on the Comptroller's website under the Board of Estimates tab.

Items of note:

Pages 7-8, Donald Dziwulski v. Mayor & City Council. Settlement amount is $260,000.

Page 9, Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle et al. v. BPD. Amount is $99,000.

Page 10, Estate of Malcolm Bryant v. BPD Detective Ritz and Crime Lab Analyst Verger. Amount is $8 Million.

Page 22, Rec & Parks, Task Assignment No. 11 under Project No. 1314, On-Call Architectural Design Services. Amount is $99,747.88 for the Druid Hill Aquatic Center.

Page 49, Office of the Comptroller, Status Report Presentations by Department of Planning on Performance Audit Findings

Page 50, Dept. of Finance, Renewal of FY23 Flood Insurance Policies. Premium amount is $217,301.

Pages 58-59, Payment of $57,871.37 to Comprise Technologies, Inc. for software services by the Pratt Library.

Pages 65-66, Item #12, Bureau of Procurement, Extension and Amendment to Master Lease Agreement with Banc of America Public Capital Corp. This amendment allows for the financing of aircraft, it also includes a provision that will be used to pay for the Police helicopters the Board approved in December 2021.

Page 69, Item #4, Bureau of Procurement, Recommendation for Award of Contract B50006147, Lead Risk Assessment Services to KCI Technologies, Inc. Contract value is $682,212. 

Page 69, Item #5, Bureau of Procurement, Recommendation for Award for B50006206, Procurement Assessment and Transformation. Awardee is Civic Initiatives, LLC. Amount is $356,180.

Pages 71-74, BBMR, Appropriation Adjustment Orders. Fund transfers to direct ARPA money to various entities: the Family League of Baltimore, Visit Baltimore, BDC, and the Baltimore Civic Fund. 

Page 80, DPW, Task Assignment No. 5 under Project No. 1266K, On-Call Wastewater Engineering Services.

Pages 88-89, DPW, Amendment No. 3 to Agreement with EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. under Project No. 1239, On-Call Environmental Services for Hazardous Waste Handling.
