Items of note:

Page 4, Department of Finance, Funding Agreement.  With this agreement, Visit Baltimore is paying the City $6.7 million under a new law that passed in the 2021 General Assembly session.

Pages 38-39, Bureau of Procurement, Proposed Award of Contract No. B50006208, Mitel Voice Over Internet Protocol Software Maintenance and Hardware Support with IPC Technologies. This award of $543,562.98 is for the Department of Telecommunications' VoIP service. The city should realize a savings of approximately $500,000 over a three-year period compared to the contract with the previous vendor.

To protest a proposed action of the Board or otherwise address the Board please notify the Clerk, Room 204, City Hall, 100 N. Holliday Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 in writing by Tuesday, June 15th at 12pm. Protests can be sent to james.knighton@baltimorecity.gov. The Board shall award the contract as an entirety to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, or by items to the respective lowest responsive and responsible bidders, or reject all bids.  The decision to reject all bids is final and not subject to protest.
