This is a regular meeting of the Baltimore City Board of Estimates. The Mayor, Comptroller, City Council President, City Solicitor, and Director of Public Works meet to formulate and execute the City's fiscal policy which includes: awarding contracts, supervising purchasing, reviewing audits, and other items.

The meeting to discuss Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Utility Rates, which was originally scheduled for 9am, will now take place on Wednesday, January 22nd at 5pm. It will be held in the Board of Estimates Chambers at City Hall.

 At its December 18th, 2024 meeting the Baltimore City Board of Estimates approved a request from the Department of Public Works to hear public comments and request a vote of approval or disapproval. More information on the proposed rates is available at the Department of Public Works website. Testimony submissions and a speaker sign-up portal are available on the Comptroller's website.
