The Board of Estimates will meet at 5pm, Wednesday, January 22nd in the Board of Estimates chambers in City Hall to discuss Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Utility Rates. 

At its December 18th, 2024 meeting the Baltimore City Board of Estimates approved a request from the Department of Public Works to hear public comments and request a vote of approval or disapproval. More information on the proposed rates is available at the Department of Public Works website. Testimony submissions and a speaker sign-up portal are available on the Comptroller's website.
